1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Bajee ("Bajee", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Bajee online gaming platform available at bajee.fun. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on Bajee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2 Account Registration

To use the Bajee platform, you must register an account. Registration is free and open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out below. You may only hold one active account on Bajee at any time. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Eligibility requirements for a Bajee account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a Bajee employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Bajee platform.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

Bajee reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Deposits and Payments

Bajee accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only payment methods currently supported on the Bajee platform. Deposits made through other methods will not be credited and may not be recoverable.

The minimum deposit amount on Bajee is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit set by Bajee, though your payment provider may impose their own limits. Deposits are credited to your Bajee account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider — typically within a few minutes.

Deposit conditions on Bajee:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted on Bajee.
• Bajee does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits that fail due to payment provider errors will not be credited. Contact Bajee support with your transaction reference if a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes.
• Bajee reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit at any time.

All funds deposited on Bajee are held in your account balance and are available for wagering immediately upon credit. Baj ee does not pay interest on account balances. Funds held in your Bajee account are not insured deposits and should not be treated as savings.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Bajee account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit — bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Bajee does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits on your account.

The minimum withdrawal amount on Bajee is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed during normal operating hours. Most withdrawals are completed within a few minutes to a few hours. During periods of high volume, processing may take longer.

Withdrawal conditions on Bajee:

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are only permitted after the applicable wagering requirement has been completed.
• Bajee reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if Bajee has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity on your account.
• Bajee does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Bajee offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed at the time the offer is made. These Terms set out the general rules that apply to all Bajee bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

General bonus rules on Bajee:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier is shown with each offer.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the Bajee platform use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are independent of previous results and are not influenced by bet size, account history, or any other factor. Bajee publishes return-to-player (RTP) information for all games.

By playing any game on Bajee, you accept the rules of that game as displayed on the platform. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the server-side record, the server-side record will be treated as definitive.

Fair play obligations for all Bajee players:

7 Account Suspension and Closure

Bajee reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to Bajee, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

Grounds for account suspension or closure on Bajee include:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Operating multiple accounts on Bajee.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts on the Bajee platform.
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activity, including chargebacks.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing Bajee staff or other players.
• Breaching any other provision of these Terms.

If your Bajee account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in your account — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Bajee will not be liable for any losses resulting from account closure where the closure is due to a breach of these Terms by the player.

You may also request voluntary closure of your Bajee account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

8 Responsible Gaming

Bajee is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available to all Bajee players directly from the account dashboard and do not require a support request to activate.

Responsible gaming tools available on Bajee:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Bajee account.
